Article 1 – Object These General Sales Conditions govern the relationship between CARMEN JIMÉNÉZ JIMÉNÉZ (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any buyer (hereinafter “the Buyer”) of the products offered on Pizza Yolo shopping.

Article 2 – Products All products are presented with the utmost care. Prices are shown in euros including VAT.

Article 3 – Order and contract The order is final once payment is received. We send confirmation by email.

Article 4 – Payment Secure payment via Stripe or Shopify Payments. No payment is accepted before validation.

Article 5 – Shipping Shipping is handled by the selected carrier. Indicative times: 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Article 6 – Returns and refunds In accordance with Spanish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details in the Returns Policy below.

Article 7 – Liability The Seller is only liable for direct damages caused by a product defect.

Article 8 – Applicable law These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Madrid.

Artículo 1 – Objeto Las presentes condiciones generales de venta rigen las relaciones entre CARMEN JIMÉNÉZ JIMÉNÉZ (en adelante “el Vendedor”) y todo comprador (en adelante “el Comprador”) de los productos ofrecidos en Pizza Yolo shopping.

Artículo 2 – Productos Todos los productos se presentan con la máxima diligencia. Los precios están indicados en euros e incluyen el IVA.

Artículo 3 – Pedido y contrato El pedido es definitivo una vez realizado el pago. Enviamos confirmación por email.

Artículo 4 – Pago Pago seguro mediante Stripe o Shopify Payments. No se acepta ningún pago antes de la validación.

Artículo 5 – Envío El envío se realiza por el transportista seleccionado. Plazos indicativos de 3 a 7 días hábiles (excepto fines de semana y festivos).

Artículo 6 – Devoluciones y reembolsos De acuerdo con la normativa española, tiene derecho de retractación de 14 días. Los detalles completos se indican en la Política de reembolsos de abajo.

Artículo 7 – Responsabilidad El Vendedor solo responde por los daños directos causados por un defecto del producto.

Artículo 8 – Ley aplicable Estas condiciones se rigen por el derecho español. Cualquier litigio se someterá exclusivamente a los tribunales de Madrid.
